Financial assistance may be used for:
- Medical bills and treatment costs
- Rent or mortgage payments
- Utilities (electric, water, gas, etc.)
- Transportation to/from treatment
- Food and groceries
- Other essential living expenses
Note: Assistance is based on individual need and available funding.
Am I Elligible?
To qualify for assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:
✓ Location: Reside anywhere in the United States
✓ Treatment Status: Currently in active cancer treatment
✓ Financial Need: Demonstrate financial need (income verification required)
✓ Application Frequency: May apply once every 12 months

- Recent treatment schedule or plan
Income Verification
- Recent pay stubs (last 2-3 months)
- Tax returns (most recent year)
- Social Security statements, disability income, or unemployment documentation
- Bank statements (last 2-3 months)
